Draft Corporate Plan 2025-2030 and Draft Budget 2025-2026

Council invites you to have your say on the Draft Corporate Plan 2025-2030 and Draft Budget 2025-2026.

The Corporate Plan is an important document as it sets the direction for Council over the next five years and helps us to meet Council's priorities. For the third consecutive year, Council will be inviting community feedback to inform its budget for 2025-2026 and beyond. The Draft Budget 2025-2026 combined with feedback from the Draft Corporate Plan 2025-2030 will be used to help Council inform future planning and investments, to deliver value-for-money services and projects to local community.

Council wants you to be part of the conversation and there is a range of ways to get involved including:

• Join us at the face-to-face community consultation. Please register via the links below to ensure we have your details and can plan the sessions.
  • Wednesday 30 April 2025 - The Centre Beaudesert from 5.00pm to 7.00pm
  • Thursday 1 May 2025 - Boonah Culture Centre from 5.00pm to 7.00pm
  • Tuesday 6 May 2025 - Vonda Youngman Community Centre, Tamborine Mountain from 5.00pm to 7.00pm
• Join the conversation online or hardcopy survey - Taking part on the online survey (below) takes just a few minutes and we'll ensure your feedback is part of the conversation. Or simply download the hardcopy survey and email back to Council via mail@scenicrim.qld.gov.au and quote "Community Engagement".
  
• Visit us at one of Council's Administration or Customer Contact Centres (https://www.scenicrim.qld.gov.au/our-council/contact-us) and ask to view a hard copy of the Draft Corporate Plan 2025-2030 and Draft Budget 2025-2026.

Once the consultation has concluded, Council will review and incorporate for the final Corporate Plan 2025-2030 and final Budget 2025-2026, which will be published in June 2025.
