What is a Corporate Plan?
The Corporate Plan is an important document for Council as it sets the direction for Council over the next five years and helps us to understand Council's priorities. It is a legislative requirement for Councils to adhere to specific corporate planning, operational planning and budget process as outlined in the Local Government Act 2009 and the Local Government Regulation 2012.
