Demolish existing structure (complete)

New building 

• A new structure or building that is constructed from the ground up on a designated site, involving the complete development of the property.  This process includes planning, design, and construction of a structure that has not previously existed on the site, often adhering to current building codes, regulations and sustainability standards.  New builds can encompass commercial or industrial properties and typically involve modern construction techniques and materials.
