Council is currently seeking community feedback to understand possible future use options for the Beaudesert Pig and Calf Saleyards site which benefits the local community and the environment.

The survey questions will focus on:

1. Gathering diverse perspectives to inform future Council decisions,
2. Seeking community insights that can lead to innovative ideas and solutions that Council may not have considered, to achieve suitable outcomes for the site, and
3. Understand the level of agreement of the options that have been collated from identified community stakeholders as part of the targeted engagement.

Survey submissions will be accepted by Council from 16 December 2024 until 14 February 2025.

Once all community feedback has been considered, the community consultation report, outlining the results, will be presented at a future Council meeting for consideration.   This report will provide community insights to support decision making about the future of the Saleyards.
